What is Art Processors?
Art Processors was started in 2011 as a gamble, because risk-taking is in our DNA. Our first puzzle: how to completely transform a museum’s look and feel. We threw out wall labels and highbrow scholarly rhetoric, leveraged cutting-edge technology and a spirit of adventure, and gave visitors a new way of experiencing stories from the inside out. In the process, we invented our company.
Today, Art Processors has 100+ people across Australia and the United States. We are a creative and engineering collective inventing experiential solutions for the cultural and tourism landscape. Our immersive experiences are enjoyed by people across the globe.

Our values
-
Respectful
We treat each other, ourselves, and the world around us with respect. People and human-centred work is at the core of who we are and what we do.
-
Conscious
We recognise that every action we take has an impact and strive to create an open, ethical, and eco-friendly workplace that makes a positive contribution for our team, clients, community and the environment. -
Diverse and inclusive
We are dedicated to creating workplaces, technology and content that reflects the communities we serve. It makes sense that different viewpoints, backgrounds, strengths, abilities, and experiences make for better ideas and a culture where everyone can be their authentic self. -
Collaborative
We believe that we don’t just work better together—collaboration is where we find the different, the intriguing, the new. A partnership approach is inherent in the way we work and we are stronger for it. -
Enthusiastic and committed
We deliver creative excellence in everything we do and revel in the ups and downs of getting the job done. We see projects through to completion and beyond and are always looking for where we can do better. -
Bold
We look for projects that are nearly impossible, plus a handful that are really easy. We believe there’s a solution to every problem. Our success—and much of the fun—lies in the challenge and in finding new ways of doing things.
Our People
Work with people who bring out the best in you
To create experiences that are meaningful for people everywhere, we work to ensure our team reflects the diversity of the organisations we serve.
We collaborate company-wide, challenging one another to bring our best ideas to every single project. Even as we grow, Art Processors remains a tightly knit team where every perspective matters.

We’re looking for all kinds of people
We believe diversity and inclusion not only support innovation and better business results, but a safe work environment for people of all backgrounds.
We have regular open brown bags on topics like Pride, First Peoples, gender equality, menstruation and menopause, and men’s health. When you join our team, you subscribe to our values.
Our partnerships make us stronger
We know that by ourselves we can only do so much. That's why we partner with like-minded organisations to fulfil our values.
